In Brooklyn, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across New York on weekdays. Toppings are priced per item and half-and-half pies are usually free to request. Gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese are increasingly common but often cost a few dollars extra, and cross-contact in a shared oven is standard unless the shop says otherwise.

Brooklyn is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around Brooklyn is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across New York's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Love Ace’s. It’s my boyfriend and I’s go-to spot. Pretty much there once a week now. Never knew I liked deep dish til I tried theirs. Atmosphere is great - super casual and decor is very eclectic. Feels great. Service a bit slow but that’s not stopping us from going. Best pizzas are the spicy boi (not on the menu), then the vodka meatball, and then probably the trio pepper one but add pepperoni. Hawaiian good but not outstanding. Def suggest subbing spam for pepperoni. Buffalo chicken pie was pretty good but chicken was a bit dry altho it could’ve been an off day or something since it was a particularly busy day that we went. JalapeΓ±o cheesy bread is a must Meatballs pretty good. would recommend. 100% you must eat here

Came by one of Ace’s summer pop-up series to support Forsyth Fire Escape and the amazing chef Isabelle for her limited edition menu. Tried her specialty pie, which was a Detroit-style deep dish pizza (I guess what Ace’s specialize in) with all the fixings, and a special salad that was layered with texture and just the right amount of dressing. The vibes outside with the dj and the World Cup going on were on point and I was able to get a server to help me place my order with ease from my wheelchair. Inside was just as bumping with the World Cup energy lighting up the packed bar area and restaurant. Would definitely go back if I’m ever in the area. I came all the way out from Morningside Park in Harlem.

Absolutely awesome pizza and even better owner and team working here. Place was packed at 11 pm Friday. We got a white pizza to go. It was perfect. When I’m back in Bushwick, I’ll be back at Ace’s. 9.1

Looking for a night time bite after the Superbowl and came across Ace's Pizza. I've passed by many times and this night there was a cross promotion with Mike's Hot Honey. DJ Phantom and Delaceiba were taking turns playing the hip-hop sounds and blends from different eras. I ordered a Cheeseburger pizza which came as a square pizza, was crispy and bursting with flavor. I was thoroughly impressed and I knew immediately that I'd be putting them on the map for a replay. They even gave me a bottle of Mike's Hot Honey to take home. The bartender was a vibe and provided great service. If they're giving it up like this regularly, this place is a must visit for anyone in the Bushwick area.

To keep it real I’ve been to Ace Pizza before Williamsburg and it was very good. But I I think the new Bushwick location might actually be their best one yet. It’s tucked away in a way that feels like you’ve found something not everyone knows about. What pulled me in was the A-frame outside mentioning three dollar beers on draft. It was simple and effective. Once inside, the space immediately stood out. The design feels intentional but not overdone, almost like stepping into someone’s attic from another era. There’s even a Nintendo 64 set up with Mario Kart, which added a layer of nostalgia that felt genuine rather than forced. I had not been to Ace’s in Williamsburg in a while and forgot they serve pan style pizza, so I ordered the smallest one. It came out quickly, within about five to eight minutes. The pizza itself was solid. The edges were crispy and well caramelized, the inside was airy, and the cheese had a good pull. The tomato sauce was balanced and didn’t lean too sweet or too acidic. It held its structure from edge to center, which is always something I look for. Overall, it was good pizza. That said, what stood out just as much as the food was the overall experience.
